This device is driven by an intact MCP joint and tracks the motions of the CMC joint. Suspension is maintained with enough residuum to engage the ring. For a person with finger and partial-hand limb difference who doesn’t meet the typical requirements for the ThumbDriver, it is still possible to obtain functional benefit from an added device. Our engineers customise the design to fit your patient, resulting in a functional device. Our intake form will explain to you the steps of ordering a device using a Naked Prosthetics sizing kit, casting a positive hand mould, submitting detailed pictures of both hands, and a video showing range of motion.
